During the weekend of April 2-4, Sue and Dave C and their family, and Elizabeth and Alfonso and their little girls camped in the tent section of the KOA campground adjoining Lion Country Safari west of West Palm Beach.  Grandpa stayed in the trailer section of the campground.  Bonnie, Hope, and Hannah stayed at a motel nearby.  Dave G had to work, but came down to join them later on Saturday.  We safaried through the park three times (twice on Saturday and once on Sunday).  The animals were fascinating, and some were more outgoing than others.  We also visited the amusement area (twice) and rode the paddle boats, carousel, flying elephants, etc., and ate in the cafeteria.  The weather was beautiful, but it was chilly at night.  Everyone seemed to enjoy it, and would like to do this again.
